The Adecco Group aims to reimagine delivery processes and embed AI agents into its workflow. The Adecco Group and Bullhorn partnership began in 2016, with 1,300 recruiters using Bullhorn ATS and Bullhorn Automation solutions, and in the eight years since, the partnership has grown to 23,000 recruiters. Under the new agreement, the number of Adecco Group recruiters using Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud and AI will increase by 20%, with new deployment in Germany, Italy, and its small and medium markets worldwide — a move designed to transform the client experience and boost profitability.
