G2 today announced new innovations to help companies gain more exposure with customers and prospects—reaching them wherever they’re researching for software—through syndication to marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and now Ramp, and offerings that enhance and accelerate review collection.

“At G2, we strive to be the most trusted data source in the age of AI for informing software buying decisions,” said Godard Abel, co-founder and CEO of G2. “Through review syndications and in-app review collection, G2 reviews will be collected and published anywhere and everywhere you go for software. This means buyers can more easily access the insights they need to make faster, more informed purchasing decisions, and sellers can reach buyers wherever they are during their buying journey.”

Accelerating review generation and collection

Individuals are more likely to complete a review when the request comes from the company or when they’re using the product they are prompted to review. According to G2 Data, in-app review request prompts generate 3x more reviews per month on average, compared to standard email outreach.

G2 has introduced significant updates to its in-app review collection, designed to simplify and accelerate the review collecting process. This enhanced approach helps marketing teams drive brand credibility and engagement with more current user validation and case study references.

Extending the reach of reviews through leading syndication marketplaces

G2 has the largest review syndication network in the industry—including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and 10 additional marketplaces—that extends G2 review reach to millions of buyers wherever they are. Partners that syndicate reviews drive more traffic to vendor profiles on G2 and increase purchase propensity, leading to a 14% increase in click-through to the G2 Product Profile page and a 13% increase in completed purchases.

G2’s latest partnership with Ramp brings additional exposure to a vendor’s solution when Ramp users browse software for procurement, expense management, and accounting workflows. G2 reviews are displayed directly in the Ramp Vendor Search Tool, helping businesses make faster, more informed purchasing decisions with verified user feedback.

Engaging buyers through more compelling, customizable content

G2 has introduced several new solutions that help software sellers showcase their performance based on user feedback with custom G2 content used by marketing and sales teams. Newly redesigned seller pages provide more comprehensive and dynamic product visuals so buyers can easily find the most relevant insights to guide their decisions.

New features to these pages include:

  • Filters by profile, star rating, and review recency
  • Ability to highlight multiple products and services
  • Key performance metrics to support more informed decision-making

Additionally, G2 has unveiled new autogenerated reference page functionality, empowering teams to quickly transform reviews into targeted content— tailored by company size, industry, or competitive comparison —to accelerate deals. With easily accessible images, software vendors have more ways to showcase their reviews, quickly curating and featuring stand-out reviews on their websites or landing pages.

Early access to Review Managed Services

G2 is also expanding its Early Access program for Review Managed Services, offering software vendors a comprehensive approach to review generation. This new initiative allows G2's experts to execute, monitor, and optimize review campaigns on behalf of vendors so marketing teams can focus on actioning reviews rather than just collecting them. Early program participants have seen an increase in their G2 rank and have paced ahead of their annual review goals.

G2 is now accepting applications for the expanded Early Access program, with limited spots available. Interested vendors can apply here, with participation subject to selection criteria.
