Diversity Woman Media marks 20 years of empowering women to lead boldly, claim their seat at the table, and create spaces for others. In celebration of this milestone the organization today introduces Executive Woman Magazine: Elevating Women to New Heights.

This newly reimagined publication builds upon the legacy of Diversity Woman Magazine, with a renewed commitment to elevate women in leadership. Features will amplify women’s voices across industries and backgrounds, highlight women forging new paths, and provide actionable insights for advancing in corporate America.

“Executive Woman Magazine will continue to be a thought leader,” said Diversity Woman Media CEO and Founder Dr. Sheila Robinson. “We are fine-tuning and amplifying our already robust suite of practical, time-tested tools and tips for advancement, delivered by an astounding array of experts, and hand-picked for our audience.”

The inaugural issue kicks off a year-long anniversary celebration by honoring today’s female leaders and looking ahead to the leaders of tomorrow. The cover feature, “Value Proposition,” emphasizes the importance of leading with integrity and purpose, through the inspiring professional journey of Toni Townes-Whitley. The issue also boasts “The 2025 Power 100,” honoring 100 talented women leaders who are on the fast track to top executive ranks and the C-suite.
